Race information
Tri Dash is a grass-root series that offers beginners a safe environment to get started in the sport, and advanced athletes a chance to tune up for bigger races.
The Bike Zone Tri Dash Bangkok 2022 series will comprise a range of exciting formats: the Mini Dash, Dash, Long Dash, Duathlon and Triple Tri distances across different venues: Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club, Stage Find the Real U, and Pattana Sports Resort.

400m swim in a 50-meter pool, 20km ride on spin bikes, and a 5km run on non-motorized treadmills.
Race Categories & Entry fees
📣 For the safety of everyone and in accordance with the COVID-19 control measures, we ask for every athlete and spectator to present their ***certificate of Covid-19 vaccination and ATK test result on race day via the application “หมอพร้อม” (the result must be within 72 hours before the race).
*** If you don’t have your test result ready, you can take an ATK test onsite at THB70 per person.
📣 Pre-purchased ATK test kits, during the entry registration, will be ready for pick-up on race day.
Race schedule
- During registration, athletes will need state their expected swim, bike and run times to be seeded into the start groups.
- Each start group has 6 athletes.
- Each athlete with similar finish times will be seeded in the same start groups.
- Athletes will be seeded from fastest to slowest.
- Please note that your swim start group will be announce after registration closes.
Race Pack
Every athlete registering at least…
- 1 race gets a starter kit [t-shirt (see size chart), drawstring bag, and race belt]
- 2 races get a bike bottle
- 3 races get a swim cap
- 4 races get a buff
- 5 races get a visor
- 6 races get a tri suit (see size chart)
There are also finisher medals but with a twist.
- Finish your first race and get a bronze medal.
- Finish 3 races and get a silver medal
- Finish 7 races and get a prestigious gold medal.
The more you race, the more series points you can accumulate throughout the 2022 series.

Points are awarded at every race, which you can accumulate during the year.
The series champion in each age group will be announced at the season finale.
Remarks
- Please note that the above rates exclude 8.7% handling fee.
- Covid-19 Refund Guarantee – If the event is postponed/canceled due to any future Covid-19 safety measures and restrictions, a full refund is guaranteed.
- Online registration closes closes on 17 July 2022 (23:59 h, GMT +7) or until sold out.
- Entry is non-transferable to another competitor.
- Entry include VAT.
