Race Rules
Race Rules and Regulations
- The decision of the race committee is final.
- All race categories will be timed using the Gun Time system (official clock time at the start line).
- Participants must meet the age requirements of their selected category and present a valid national ID before collecting any awards.
- Winners registered under the incorrect age group or race category will forfeit all prizes and finisher entitlements.
- All winners are required to present valid identification (national ID with photo or passport) showing their ID number and photo within the specified time to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the prize list.
- Participants must follow the official course and pass through all designated checkpoints as instructed by race marshals.
- Race bibs must be clearly displayed on the front of the body at all times. No items (e.g., running belts or pouches) should cover the bib.
- Runners using another person’s bib or running under incorrect registration information will be disqualified.
- The organizer will not be held responsible for the following:
9.1. Injuries or accidents during the event (medical teams and emergency staff will be on standby).
9.2. Loss or damage of personal belongings.
9.3. Delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. - Entry fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Declaration
- I hereby declare that the details furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge my general state of health and fitness is healthy and shall provide to race officials such medical data relating to me as an organizing committee of the event, the hosting party may request.
- I understand that I have a responsibility for ensuring my own fitness to participate in the event.
- I understand that my participation in this event, under the circumstances that I am not adequately in physical form, may endanger my health. I am aware that the organizing committee of the event, the hosting party, the organizers and producers and sponsors will not undertake any responsibility for any harm that I may endure, including bodily harm that may occur prior to the event, during or thereafter, nor are they responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
- I give permission for my personal information and details to be processed for the purposes of event administration and further permit my name, quotes and photographic likeness in still photography or video to be used for the marketing and promotional purposes of the event.
