Rules for PHUKET TRAIL 2023 Race:

1. Runners must adhere to the rules set by the race organizers.
2. Runners who finish within the designated time will receive iTRA points and UTMB INDEX as follows:
   • PKT 50 = iTRA3, UTMB QUALIFIER 50K
   • PKT 35 = iTRA2, UTMB QUALIFIER 50K
   • PKT 20 = iTRA1, UTMB QUALIFIER 20K
   • PKT 10 = No iTRA points and UTMB INDEX
3. Runners must follow the designated race route, indicated by signage or maps, without taking shortcuts or deviating from the course.
4. The race course is a natural trail and involves shared paths with the community. Runners must not damage natural resources, constructions, agricultural crops, or litter during the race.
5. Runners are responsible for checking race-related information, which may be subject to changes and can be found at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100090965769496&locale=th_TH Phuket TRAIL.
6. Runners must visibly display their race bib number (BIB Number) on the front throughout their participation in the race.
7. Runners are not allowed to use someone else’s race bib number to participate in the race. Any runner found to be in violation or transferring their bib number will be immediately disqualified.
8. In the event of a runner withdrawing from the race, they must only withdraw at designated aid stations or service points and inform the staff on duty.
9. The organizers reserve the right to modify the activity route, including shortening, extending, or canceling the entire event, without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise or if the organizers deem the ongoing activity may be unsuitable or dangerous for the runners and the event.
10. Once the registration process is complete, runners cannot change their information or request a refund.
11. The organizers have the right to use photographs, videos, sounds, race statistics, and any other materials related to the participants for promotional purposes in various media.
12. Participants have read and accepted all the rules of the event
    • Participants confirm that the information provided is true.
    • Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by the organizers to achieve the objectives of rights and benefits that participants are entitled to and for the successful completion of the Phuket TRAIL 2023 event.
